Exciting Adventure!

I've been invited to spend some time is a village with my friend Lupe.  It's a Mixteco village called Don Luis and I'll be staying there for about ten days.  While there, I hope to learn a lot more about the Mixteco culture.  There might be opportunity to learn how to sew on a loom and make tortillas!  I'm really excited but there won't be any internet access there.  So I promise if I haven't responded to any of your emails for two weeks or so, it doesn't mean anything bad has happeed.  I just means I'm having a wonderful opportuity to learn more Spanish and gain insight into a native culture!
