- My name is Katy and I absolutely LOVE life! My Blanca Blog was created to record my journey to Mexico and my mission there. I love my job at Denny's. I'm a hostess and actually get paid to talk to people for hours! How cool is that? I am a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Victor and I go to Elim's youth group, Outbreak. God has blessed me in so many ways that some days I can't stop smiling because of it.
